After working for three of the nation’s top ten architecture and design firms, and a number of Hall of Fame designers, J S D A Inc. was created in Los Angeles. The founder of J S D A Inc., Janice Stevenor Dale, FIIDA, CID, NCIDQ, has a national reputation of design excellence. Affecting the built environment with sustainable projects for major clients ranging from technology, to the service and financial sectors, to large-scale corporate headquarters, Ms. Stevenor Dale is pragmatic and energetic: highly experienced in project management and design. J S D A projects involve both new construction, build-to-suits, and renovation of existing spaces. J S D A innovates 3D sculptural ideas with alternative solutions. Ms. Stevenor Dale’s acumen involves design of the project team, for a collaborative brain trust experience. She leads by working cooperatively with developers, officials, building owners and leasing agents to comply with city regulations, and budget goals. J S D A’s influence and reputation has been gained through 40 years of project assignments in leadership, guiding management, design and construction.
