WELL Training Los Angeles
Focused on enhancing people’s health and well-being within the built environment, office spaces are guided by a new building standard, called WELL. Janice Stevenor Dale joins in the study of the WELL principles in a seminar produced by the USGBC, the same organization responsible for the LEED standard. The Objectives are to identify synergies and conflicts between WELL and LEED, to recognize the characteristics of a WELL office space, to understand areas of cost impact to upgrade a construction project that meets WELL standards, and to relate indoor air quality concerns and solutions related to human outcomes and employee productivity. CBRE is one of the first offices in the US that have applied the new WELL standard.
